Refunds

GDS accepts payments on behalf of the represented Tax Offices. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the data contained herein. Should you apply a payment to the wrong account, pay an incorrect amount, overpay the account, or any other error made in making this payment, you will need to contact the appropriate taxing jurisdiction to arrange for a refund or payment transfer. Each taxing jurisdiction has its own policy regarding refunds. Under no circumstances will GDS refund a payment amount or refund a convenience fee.

As a user of this website, it is your responsibility to contact the appropriate taxing jurisdiction to arrange for any refunds for taxes paid. Under no circumstances will the convenience fee be refunded either by GDS or the taxing jurisdiction.

Privacy

Governmental Data Services does not maintain any credit card numbers, CCS numbers or expiration dates. Nor will GDS release information to any entities other than the taxing jurisdiction and merchant account providers.

Your Personal Information
